Open Mic Guidelines
Mission: Provide a space for neighborhood artists to improve their performance skills in front of an audience. Also, to promote and encourage the visual artist.Hosted By: Derrick Taylor
ALL PERFORMERS MUST CHECK IN WITH THE HOST
1. Sign-up time is noon. First come, first served.
2. Performances are between 12:15 - 2:00 PM.
3. Performers have 15 minutes total. (Subject to change)
4. We provide: 2 microphones, 2 mic stands, 2 instrument cables, and the house sound system. Other than that... bring what you need.
5. Do not bring amplifiers or drum kits. (Hand drums are acceptable)
6. When you are next – please be ready.
7. Tune-up gear before you go on stage.
8. Be considerate and helpful to fellow performers.
9. Stay.
10. Applaud yourselves and offer useful feedback.

IMPORTANT
This business is open to the public, therefore:
A. Please closely adhere to commercial radio standards.
B. Mild profanity is permitted.
C. No sexual vulgarity is allowed.
D. No rude or disruptive behavior is allowed.
E. You will be unplugged and told to leave if you cannot follow these guidelines.
